I love my quiet mornings, I love waking up to a quiet house, pouring that first cup of coffee and curling up on the couch with bear. It’s a perfect way to start the day. I know it can be tough, but moving and grounding yourself right when you wake up can really help set that solid foundation for whatever craziness lays ahead. Like that first sip of coffee, we’ll start easy, with slow sun A’s, then get into some grounding poses, and finish off with restorative movements that will help get the blood moving in all the right places.
