Along with my love of yoga, I have a true passion for running. I've come up with a post stretch that incorporates some basic yoga poses to truly give your legs and body the necessary recovery needed. I swear, take the additional 10 min post run, and you’ll feel great through and through.
Give pause, and allow yourself to clear your mind to let go of your stress. Then playing with movement through some simple postures that will build you up and get your energy flowing. Finally allowing that moment of rest, to reset, giving you the right mindset to take on your day!
I’ve got a New acronym for you, AMF! Act, move and feel good…yea..I made it up, but I really love it and I find myself using it as a guiding light in my day to day. With that in mind, this flow is all about getting your mind right, and your body centered to achieve that overall balance.
